This is the before/manual inventory worksheet flow. It covers Alex's monthly process for turning Roberta's raw Genius Step 5 export into curated, location-based floor count worksheets, then manually keying returned handwritten counts and pushing them back into Genius PhysCount. The separate Inventory Counts to HPI Step 5 diagram remains the detailed downstream write-back reference. Boxes with a dashed purple border are tribal-knowledge / human-judgment points — real decisions Alex or Alexis make, not automated logic. Mary Working's separate counting flow is intentionally out of scope for v1 until Alex/Alexis confirm where, if at all, it touches this process.
