← Inventory Process Diagrams Before: Manual Process

This is the agentic upgrade to the monthly inventory worksheet flow. It shows the same job as Alex Monthly Inventory Worksheet Prep — Current Manual Process, but with the repetitive VLOOKUP/print/format work done by an agent, color-coded PDFs printed in one batch, and returned handwritten sheets scanned so the agent can transcribe, validate, and prepare the PhysCount update. Alex/Alexis stay in the loop for decisions that actually require judgment. The separate Inventory Counts to HPI Step 5 diagram remains the detailed downstream write-back reference. Boxes with a dashed purple border are still human judgment calls that were not automated on purpose — the agent surfaces them, it doesn't decide them.
