Packages & ships via FreightPOP Biggies Slips → Kyle Packages & ships via FreightPOP Decides method unless noted on slip PetStep Slips → Jared Packages & ships via FreightPOP Afternoon: CS checks which items shipped Power BI → Orders 360 → Amazon Seller Central Data Export Amazon Shipper data Amazon → Menu → Orders → Manage Orders Check for any cancelled orders If cancelled after entry: Heather cancels the corresponding SO in Genius Build shipping confirmation file In XML file: delete all orders from Amazon Data tab Genius → Shipping section → Amazon SC folder → open Amazon Shipper file Open Flat.File.ShippingConfirm.xl · Delete old orders (keep row 1) Paste cols A–H from Amazon Shippers → Save as Tab-delimited .txt (replace old file) Upload to Amazon Seller Central Menu → Orders → Upload Order Related Files Option 2: Choose file → Flat.File.ShippingConfirm.txt → Open → Upload Now Check Section 3 — ensure no error messages Menu → Orders → Manage Orders Confirm all orders that went out today show as Shipped All orders shipped?
