The worksheet is a live spreadsheet in your browser. Every tag the AI uses to label photos is defined here — its prefix, its label, its description, and whether it's active. Changes sync to the AI automatically — no export or file transfer needed.

Use this when you have a product or scene type that the AI doesn't know about yet.
A new blank row appears highlighted in yellow at the bottom of the list. Each column is editable.
Full Tag — the machine-readable slug with prefix, e.g. hr:loading-dock-ramp. Lowercase, hyphens only, no spaces.
Label — the human-readable name shown in the review UI, e.g. "Loading Dock Ramp".
Description — the most important field. This text goes directly into the AI's prompt. Be precise and distinguish it from similar products. Example: "Heavy-duty steel ramp bridging a loading dock to a truck bed. Fixed angle, industrial setting."
Category — the broad grouping this tag belongs to.
This saves your edits to the worksheet page. The tagger will pick up the changes automatically before the next batch — within 5 minutes of a new image arriving in intake.
No export, no file transfer, no restart needed. When the next image drops into intake, the tagger checks if 5+ minutes have passed since its last sync — if yes, it fetches the latest worksheet before tagging that batch.
If you're editing ahead of a specific batch, make your changes first, then drop the images — the tagger will pick up your edits before processing begins.
You can update any tag at any time. Changes take effect on the next batch.
Click directly on any cell in the table to edit it inline. The most impactful edits are to the Description column — better descriptions mean the AI makes fewer mistakes.
Toggle the Active checkbox off to deactivate a tag. The AI will stop using it on new batches but the tag stays in the worksheet so you can reactivate it later.
Use the search box to find a tag by name, label, or description. Use the company and category dropdowns to filter to just HandiRamp, PetStep, etc. The "Active only" checkbox hides retired tags.
The Tag FAQ button at the top of the worksheet opens a quick reference panel covering common tagging questions and disambiguation rules — e.g. nosing vs. stair tread, pool context, spec tag rules.
The Description column is the AI's instruction manual for each tag. The better your descriptions, the more accurately the AI tags photos without human correction.
Describe what the reviewer would see in the photo, not what the product does. Instead of "Ramp for wheelchairs," write "Portable folding aluminum ramp with raised edge rails, used at doorways or curbs. Usually carried by one person."
If two tags look alike in photos, explicitly call out the difference. Example: "Nosing = L-shaped aluminum edge piece mounted at the front lip of a step only. NOT the same as a stair tread, which covers the full step surface."
Mention environmental signals that strongly indicate the tag. Example for ps:pool-ramp: "Water visible in background. Dog present. Ramp leading into pool. Never applied to stair contexts."
hr:curb-ramp) is in the system and applied to photos, don't rename it. Rename the Label or update the Description instead. Changing a slug breaks existing tagged photos.
